Shipping includes packaging and expedited ground delivery to any one address in Canada. Shipping is only charged once and will not be charged again as the result of a back order.
Our standard method of shipment is Canada Post Expedited Parcel. The following chart provides ground Post delivery standards in days from our location to major centres in Canada. If you reside in a rural area, you should add two additional days to these standards. If you require faster delivery, contact email one of our service representatives toll free at email@example.com. They can provide a shipping quote on alternative air courier delivery.

There is a risk for packages not ever arriving to final destinations going to the UAE, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia, Morocco, Algeria, Philippines, Portugal, Austria, Mexico and areas in South Africa.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED ONCE SHIPPED?
Once your order is placed online, there will be an in house processing time, usually 3-5 business days but during busy seasons it can take up to 7-21 business days before your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, First class mail in the Canada should take anywhere from 7-24 business days to be delivered and Priority mail should take 7-14 business days in the Canada. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number for you to track your package.
Once shipped, International packages to Canada or Australia can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive from the Canada.
To any other international destination, shipping may take anywhere from 4 weeks to 180 days to arrive by USPS International shipping as per USPS shipping times.
HOW DO CUSTOMS FEES APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES?
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. Any Packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
HOW DO I REPORT A MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE?
Givaci will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: email@example.com along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.
International Missing packages: For lost or missing International packages, We will not send out a second package. We will offer, on a case to case basis a refund minus shipping costs. We will not refund shipping costs for any missing or lost international packages.
Return to Sender packages: All packages retuned back to Givaci will not be refunded for shipping costs, only for the price of the the items. We will hold return to sender packages for a month for reshipment in the Canada and Australia. After a that time we will return the items back in to Givaci inventory.
